Position Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in production operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Provide technical support for assembly and troubleshoot electromechanical systems as needed.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes.
