POSITION TYPE : Paid Internship | Flexible Hours | Available Immediately

LOCATION : SRC Technologies Group, 2401 E. Sunshine St. Springfield, MO 65804

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Work with our Engineering & Quality teams to make data meaningful.
Collect and analyze production, quality, and warranty data.
Create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that highlight problem areas and opportunities.
Prepare customer-facing warranty reports that show real results.
Help improve how we analyze and present data to drive smarter decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN :

How data analysis supports real engineering and quality projects.

Building reports and dashboards that influence leadership and customers.

Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.

Hands-on experience with Excel, data visualization, and (if interested) advanced

tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL.

Team collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

Current college student pursuing Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related major.

Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).

Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems.

Strong communicator who enjoys working with teams.
