We're looking for an experienced, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, guide a passionate team, and ensure every guest leaves with a story worth sharing.

Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of The Committee Chophouse, including coordination with Bar and Room Service teams
Lead by example with a guest-first mindset and an unwavering commitment to service excellence
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff, cultivating a culture of hospitality and accountability
Maintain high standards in food presentation, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and other key performance indicators to drive profitability
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless execution of service and special events
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency, ensuring satisfaction at every level
Represent the brand with pride, passion, and polish
Qualifications
23 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in an upscale restaurant setting
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing hospitality teams
Strong understanding of financials, including labor cost control, budgeting, and revenue management
Exceptional communication skillsboth with staff and guests
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
Basic math skills (minimum 8th grade level)
Reasoning and language proficiency at a high school graduate level
Must meet minimum age requirements as set by local jurisdiction
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others
