Assistant Superintendent (Richmond)

We are one of the Southeast's premier general contractors focused in the multi-family sector. With offices in Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina we are looking to add to our team in Richmond, VA. Looking for an Assistant Superintendent on a 320 unit Wrap project, but invite all Superintendents to apply with more projects locked in for the back half of the year. What You Will Be Doing

• Multi-family projects, mainly wood-frame : Podium, wrap, garden-style apartments
• Ground-up, new construction only
• Framing phases on all projects
• Working with Project Management team to ensure project completion and performance
