Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our industrial team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a couple of years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift : Monthly Rotation 3 Shifts

Schedule : MondayFriday with occasional Saturdays

1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM

2nd Shift : 10 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM

3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM

Contract Type : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate : $25$27 / hour

Overtime : High potential for OT

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor electrical issues

Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability

Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist technicians as needed

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

13 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and light electrical)

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and pneumatics

Familiarity with lockout / tagout procedures and general safety practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
