• Ideally full time coverage but would like to have at least 6 month commitment
• 10 - 15 patients per day
• No procedures required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
