• Lead or coordinate daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and / or associates.\n
• Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.\n
• Assign, monitor and review progress of work and compliance with policies and / or procedures.\n
• Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.\n
• May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.\n
• Work with the providers in the clinic as well as administrative duties.\n
• Perform vitals.\n
• Design, interpret and implement clinical policies and procedures.\n\nRequirements\n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n
• Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.\n\nEducation : \n
