With the hours being very inconsistent, this role is perfect for seasoned customer-focused individuals who are physically fit and just looking to stay active while giving back to their community. Again, this is flexible, as-needed work, and if hired, you will be contacted to provide coverage when the regularly scheduled team is unavailable. Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm & friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with. Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare. Daily use of apps / technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed. Meticulously maintain records, including photos of the vehicle, condition, and other records as needed. Efficiently manage parking logistics, adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws. Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities. Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage / belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service Other duties as assigned.
