Position Summary Westman Atelier is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the development and execution of print and visual merchandising design assets across retail and marketing applications.

As a member of the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team, this person will contribute compelling, on-brand, best-in-class creative work to a high standard of execution.

This role will aid in the definition of the brand's visual merchandising look and feel, from evergreen campaigns to new product launches.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the senior team members to transform campaign concepts into visual executions, including but not limited to visual merchandising updates, print product campaign collateral, and marketing and event materials Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with objectives and brand identities.

Own projects from concept to execution under the guidance of the Design Director; Review work with the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team and other cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets Ensure that all projects are executed with consistency in quality and adherence to timelines Optimize designed assets to brand guidelines and industry best practices Stay up to date with the latest design trends in graphic design and typography to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to projects Requirements :
