Job Description
The Cape Club at Kiawah Island Club is seeking a polished and service-oriented Valet to provide exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. As the first and last point of contact at the Club, the Valet plays a key role in setting the tone for each visit—offering a warm welcome, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless service from the moment of arrival to final departure. This is a Full Time position with typical hours ranging from 9 : 30am-7 : 30pm. Holidays and weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
- Assist with luggage, golf clubs, and other personal items as needed.
- Maintain a strong presence at the Club entrance, ensuring a clean and organized valet area.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and other departments to coordinate service.
- Provide directions, club information, and personalized assistance when requested.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, Club policies, and safety procedures.
- Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
