Key Role Responsibilities

Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours. Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals. Follow up with prospective residents. Assist in off-site and on-site marketing. Properly respond to any resident concerns. Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results. Provide support to other leasing consultants.

Our Ideal Candidate

2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred). Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills. Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems. Minimum Qualifications : Valid driver license and any other licenses / certifications required by the state.
