Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

Facility Setting : Emergency Room (ER)

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (12-hour day shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Guaranteed Hours : 24 per week

On-Call : Schedule determined by facility

Weekend Schedule : To be determined by facility

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent Emergency Room RN experience required

Active Arizona Registered Nurse license (no license hits)

Current certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) :

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Travel nursing experience preferred

Flu vaccination required (declinations considered)

Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license

Compliance with all background checks and facility requirements

ER RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting

Assess, triage, and monitor patients, responding rapidly to changes in condition

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized emergency room environment
