The Position :
As an Electrical Engineer , you will play a key leadership role in advancing our electrical engineering discipline. You will provide technical expertise, project oversight, and mentorship while driving innovation and ensuring excellence in project delivery. At higher levels, this role also involves project coordination, shaping engineering strategies, and guiding stakeholder engagement.
Position Responsibilities :
All Levels III, IV, V
- Perform equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, and other deliverables
- Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities
- Present engineering and design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Plan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project reporting and schedule requirements
- Identify scope changes and estimate impact to effort and schedule
- Prepare, review, and approve electrical equipment, conduit, and wiring calculations, requisitions, lists, studies, reports, BOMs, and designs
Level IV
Support proposal efforts by evaluating RFP scope, identifying list of deliverables, and estimating effort requiredParticipate in project scoping and estimationLead in a senior role, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to the electrical engineering disciplineWork is highly independentLevel V

4 - 10+ Years experience, depending on the level of the positionBachelor's degree in engineering requiredProfessional Engineer licensure preferredExtensive knowledge and expertise in electrical engineering principles and practicesAdvanced proficiency in electrical engineering software and toolsAbility to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsIn-depth understanding of power distribution, control systems, and electrical equipmentStrong knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practicesAbility to develop and implement electrical engineering standards and guidelinesDesired Skills and Competencies :
