We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our legal team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing complex legal cases, conducting in-depth research, and drafting high-quality legal documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex, multi-party litigation and a strong understanding of procedural rules governing class actions at both the state and federal levels.

Responsibilities :

• Lead or support class action lawsuits from investigation through resolution, including trial or settlement.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.
• Analyze statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to formulate effective case strategies.
• Review discovery materials and summarize findings to support case preparation.
• Monitor and stay updated on legal trends and rulings that may affect ongoing cases.
• Prepare client deliverables, such as demand letters and settlement packages.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Utilize case management software to organize and oversee legal documentation.
• Proven experience in civil litigation and legal drafting.
• Strong proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
• Expertise in contract negotiations and understanding of legal principles.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of current legal trends and updates.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (J.D. preferred) and active bar membership.
