Your Role Includes :
Executing first piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision.Proficiently operating and programming CMM equipment (manual and CNC); experience with PC-DMIS / Modus is advantageous.Conducting Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and ensuring compliance with NDT standards.Evaluating parts from suppliers and vendors, rejecting those that don’t conform.Utilizing precise measuring tools : micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and more.Interpreting blueprints and customer specifications accurately.Understanding GD&T requirements and assisting with PPAP / ISIR processes.Maintaining calibration systems and facilitating internal audits.Training production teams and improving quality systems through documentation and quality form management.Candidate Profile :
Demonstrated 2–4 years of manufacturing and quality assurance experience.Skilled in CMM inspection and programming ; Micro-Vu experience adds value.Preferred experience in aerospace or metal manufacturing sectors.Solid comprehension of basic mathematics and geometry principles.Computer-literate, familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with bevel gear manufacturing will set you apart.Join Us and Enjoy :
