Your Role Includes :

  • Executing first piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision.
  • Proficiently operating and programming CMM equipment (manual and CNC); experience with PC-DMIS / Modus is advantageous.
  • Conducting Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and ensuring compliance with NDT standards.
  • Evaluating parts from suppliers and vendors, rejecting those that don’t conform.
  • Utilizing precise measuring tools : micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and more.
  • Interpreting blueprints and customer specifications accurately.
  • Understanding GD&T requirements and assisting with PPAP / ISIR processes.
  • Maintaining calibration systems and facilitating internal audits.
  • Training production teams and improving quality systems through documentation and quality form management.

    • Candidate Profile :

  • Demonstrated 2–4 years of manufacturing and quality assurance experience.
  • Skilled in CMM inspection and programming ; Micro-Vu experience adds value.
  • Preferred experience in aerospace or metal manufacturing sectors.
  • Solid comprehension of basic mathematics and geometry principles.
  • Computer-literate, familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with bevel gear manufacturing will set you apart.
