About the Role

Phaxis Education is seeking a licensed Teacher or Special Education Teacher to provide individualized 1 : 1 instruction to an elementary-age student at King Murphy Elementary (Evergreen, CO area) .

This student has been homeschooled and is currently working well below grade level academically. The selected teacher will provide direct instruction tailored to the student’s needs in a supportive, small-school environment.

Position Details

Location : Bailey, CO (King Murphy Elementary – Evergreen area)

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : May 28, 2026 (with possible continuation through 2026–27 school year)

Schedule : Monday–Thursday (4-day school week)

Hours : TBD (goal of 30+ per week)

Caseload : 1 student, individualized instruction

Qualifications

Colorado Teaching License or Special Education endorsement required

Elementary experience strongly preferred

Passion for individualized, student-centered learning

Strong communication and collaboration skills
