What you'll do
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing eg customers suppliers associates. Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures. Monitor associate compliance to policies and procedures, distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs and participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders. Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports. Identify associate, customer and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action, take recommendations and resolve issues. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality and safety. Manage systems operations, demonstrate and communicate solid working knowledge of systems procedures, ensure associates adhere to company policies, standards and procedures related to systems operations. Help associates understand and use procedures for systems operations, handle accidents and emergencies, and maintain equipment that is safe and in proper working order. Identify and appropriately respond to customer compliance and operational issues related to systems operations, taking steps to prevent recurrence.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00–$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
