Duke Health CRNA Full Time Hiring Incentives

• A $60,000 COMMITMENT BONUS is currently being offered to New Grad and Experienced CRNAs.
• Distributed in $10,000 increments every six months for 36 months
• Note : Stipend recipients are not eligible for the new grad commitment bonus.
• All FTE CRNAs working in a hospital setting are offered a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0FTEs (or prorated for
• $2500 annual CME allowance for 1.0 FTEs, prorated for those working less

Job Summary

Administer anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during surgical, obstetrical and other medical procedures.

High acuity, high volume OB unit where CRNAs place blocks for labor management and operative deliveries, help manage the labor deck, and care for antepartum, peripartum, and postpartum anesthetic needs. Collaborative and collegial ACT model where exceptional OB skills can be developed and maintained.

Opportunity to precept SRNAs on their high acuity OB rotation.

Schedules available for full time OB, or mixed OB and main OR practice. OB shifts are 0630-1900, 1830-0700 daily. 24-hour schedule tracks available but not required.

Night shift component to all shift types. If tracks include 3 nights / cycle- supplemental pay available as part of our weekend / night incentive program. All schedule types qualify for the $15,000 trauma stipend."
