What You’ll Do :

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, senior service agencies, and other key community partners

Identify new referral sources and generate leads for admissions into assisted living or skilled nursing

Plan and execute creative marketing strategies, events, and community outreach activities—think harvest festivals, caregiver brunches, and health fairs

Track referral data, analyze market trends, and adjust outreach efforts accordingly

Serve as the face of Kingston at local events, networking meetings, and health expos

Collaborate with the admissions and leadership team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up

What You Bring :

At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—healthcare or senior living experience preferred

Established relationships in the local healthcare or senior service community

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically

Ability to plan and lead events and marketing campaigns from start to finish

A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and follow-through

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally, with occasional evenings or weekends
