LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing pharmaceutical / biotech organization. This is a full-scope accounting role supporting the Controller and contributing to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Support audit and tax processes, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and compliance teams.
• Participate in special projects including system upgrades and process improvements

Qualifications :

Compensation : $95,000-$115,000

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision

PTO is offered on an accrual basis

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
