Pay Rate - Up to $46 / hr Responsibilities
Guide, lead, and support the designated department within Operations.
Execute business strategies while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Oversee a data remediation initiative aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality within the department. A comprehensive understanding of various Operations areas is expected at this level.
Engage with internal clients to identify, research, analyze, and resolve issues.
Track productivity and service levels through available reports.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for team members, ensuring their training and development.
Plan, delegate, monitor, assess, and lead the work of team members.
Collaborate with colleagues to set objectives and develop processes and procedures for efficient and prompt workflow, focusing on service delivery, compliance, and risk management.
Identify and establish partnership opportunities that align with business needs and enhance success.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation and departmental resources, such as job procedures, job aids, forms, and training materials.
Take decisive action when needed and emphasize urgency in achieving results.
Work effectively with other supervisors across different functional groups and locations to achieve set goals and implement process or policy changes.
Knowledge
Understanding of investment concepts, practices, and procedures in the securities industry, financial markets, and products, along with familiarity with fiduciary roles and responsibilities.
