Assistant Manager – Hello Bistro

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
  • Ability to stand / walk for 8–10 hours and lift / move up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends

  • Pay : $41,000–$49,000 / year + bonus eligibility
  • Schedule : 40-hour work week with rotating shifts (8am–4pm or 2pm–10pm) with one full weekend off per month
