Key Responsibilities :

Engage with customers through the online chat platform to provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their inquiries in a timely manner.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company protocols.

Data entry and documentation of customer interactions and solutions in our system.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.

Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proficient in using computers and online platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
