The Corporate Controller oversees all corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures compliance with GAAP / IFRS and supports business decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting. A key component of this role includes managing relationships with Joint Venture (JV) parent companies and ensuring all accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements tied to JV arrangements are effectively executed.

Core Accounting & Financial Operations :

• Oversee all core accounting operations, including billing, A / R, A / P, general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Ensure preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Design and enforce internal controls and accounting policies, including J-SOX compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, customer credit, and banking relationships.
• Oversee company insurance renewals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation of systems and processes.
