Requirements :

• 3+ Years of Circulating Experience.
• Must be proficient in Ortho- specifically total joints, hip fx, arthroscopy, ORIFs, and shoulder scopes and replacements.
• Proficient with the following : General, Neuro, Vascular, Gyn, and Urology.
• BLS (AHA).
• Candidate's Permanent Address(Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction).
• Illinois license.
• BLS (AHA).
