Cornwell Quality Tools is seeking a proactive, innovative, and focused Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be integral in supporting all aspects of the marketing function of our business. The successful candidate will be tasked with assisting in the development and execution of our marketing campaigns, aiding in the analysis of marketing data, maintaining marketing budgets, and other tasks to drive effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and deployment of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to understand effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in managing branding and promotional activities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive marketing documentation and reports
  • Support in the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
  • Contribute to the creation and publishing of online content on the company’s website and social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain marketing budgetsStaying current with industry trends and competitor products to maintain company competitiveness
  • Coordinating with sales and other departments to support marketing initiatives and company goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a mid to large scale organization
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and tactics
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in using marketing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and other digital marketing tools, will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with a solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively under deadlines
