Great Lakes Skilled Trades is a fast-growing skilled labor contractor in the Midwest, connecting top talent with great job opportunities. We have immediate openings and are looking for quality craftsmen who want steady work and career growth.

Starting pay : $25.00 / h - $35.00 / h

Job May Include :

  • Installing / servicing overhead doors in commercial and industrial settings
  • Installing related equipment such as door openers, sensors, control panels, weather seals, etc.
  • Measure and cut materials and using appropriate hand and power tools
  • Programming and calibrating electronic systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical or electrical systems
  • Making adjustments and emergency repairs as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by foreman

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in Overhead Door Install
  • Possess basic hand tools
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Understanding of safety on construction sites
  • Must be reliable and able to take direction
