Responsibilities :
Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)Outbound shipments, inventory management, or 3PL accountsExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesDevelops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changesEnsure compliance with wage and hour laws, including approving time cards, scheduling time off, and assigning breaksMaintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsConduct safety investigations and draft incident reports for executive reviewMust be able to maintain and grow existing businessMonitor operational performance, assess quality and delivery requirements, track KPI metrics, and publish monthly resultsOversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budgetInventory and quality controlManage and coordinate the Inbound Department purchase ordersOutbound Department shipmentsCycle counting and inventory managementExperience :
