Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Conduct vehicle inspections and report findings and recommendations to the service advisor.

Work with fellow technicians to complete repairs and service work efficiently.

Adhere to company policies and standards for safety and service performance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold shop standards.

Continuously update knowledge and skills through industry training sessions.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent, with any specialized certification in automotive services considered an advantage.

Experience : Previous experience as a lube technician or similar role preferred, demonstrating technical expertise in vehicle maintenance.

Mechanical Skills : Proficient with automotive tools and understanding of vehicle systems, particularly in lubrication and maintenance.

Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects regularly.

Attention to Detail : Strong focus on delivering quality service and ensuring all maintenance tasks are performed accurately.

Communication : Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Team Collaboration : Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
