Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote After Training) Location : Columbia, SC

Pay Rate : $14 / hour

Duration : 3-month contract

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting transportation coordination for individuals with disabilities. • What You'll Do
• As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include :
• Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services
• Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests
• Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation
• Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
• Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality
• What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of call center experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Comfortable with data entry and administrative support

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
