Position Summary

The Imaging Coordinator oversees the care coordination of patients enrolled in Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) clinical programs.

Responsibilities

Serves as the point person to manage sensitive and high-cost resources to include but not limited to : physician orders, radiopharmaceutical orders and delivery logistics, research staff scheduling, procedure authorizations, data collections, and other multidisciplinary information in the coordination for Theranostics infusions and associated imaging exams.

Coordinates scheduling, planning, and patient account charge audits and reconciliations.

Responsible for reconciling program reports, patient tracking, and manages program related projects.

Attends meetings, communicates program updates and facilitates input from staff. Point of contact for project assignments for PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include :

High School Diploma or GED.

Three years in PET-CT or Nuc Med scheduling

Knowledge of PET-CT scheduling
