Channel Factory is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to drive our evolution from descriptive campaign reporting to systematic performance research and validation. This role will architect analytical frameworks that answer the fundamental question : "What actually drives campaign performance variation?" - serving as the measurement foundation that validates whether data science innovations, targeting solutions, and optimization features deliver measurable business impact.
You'll build systematic learning cycles that transform raw campaign data into organizational intelligence, moving beyond dashboard reporting to robust research methodologies that identify causal performance drivers across our brand-safe video inventory marketplace spanning YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
