This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the fieldliterallymeeting with farmers, learning about their operations, and helping them access the financial tools they need to grow.

What You'll Do :

• Build and manage a portfolio of agricultural and rural loans
• Call on prospects and clients to develop new relationships
• Analyze credit risk and structure loan packages
• Ensure portfolio profitability and credit quality benchmarks are met
• Collaborate with an experienced support team and approachable executive leadership
