BPI is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in the Procurement department.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and report on supply and demand for assigned products, source costs for new materials and products, and work closely with employees across the organization to keep everyone informed on current requirements.

What You’ll Do Our Supply Chain Analysts use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
You’ll work with data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and ensure that products and materials move through our system effectively.
Daily work involves collaboration across departments, vendor communication, and performance reporting to support planning and operations.
Analyze and direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products.
Evaluate market dynamics and insights to improve and forecast operational performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
Design strategies to minimize costs and streamline storage and transport of goods.
Review logistical systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Gather and analyze supply chain data to support process optimization and cost reduction.
Monitor operations including sourcing, scheduling, warehousing, production, and delivery.
Investigate and resolve inefficiencies within the supply chain.
Communicate with internal teams to identify and implement performance improvements.
Create reports and present key findings to management.
Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure pricing and ensure contract compliance.
Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities.
Maintain assigned item databases and ensure ERP compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management (preferred) or direct experience in purchasing / buying.
Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes.
Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with vendors.
Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed.
