Description

The Learning Technology Specialist serves as the strategic owner of the Learning Management System (LMS) program, ensuring its alignment with organizational learning goals, governance standards, and compliance requirements. This role leads the coordination, oversight, and continuous improvement of all digital learning initiatives delivered through the LMS. The specialist exercises leadership in program governance, stakeholder collaboration, and system optimization to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience across the organization.

• Education : Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree required.
