Compensation :

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities :

  • Meet with serious buyers and guide them through their home search
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients
  • Leverage proven follow-up systems to build a rock-solid pipeline
  • Deliver exceptional service that earns referrals and repeat business
  • Host open houses — and keep the leads
  • Stay organized in your CRM and calendar so you never miss a beat
  • Show up for team trainings and coaching — we win together
  • Qualifications :

  • Active Real Estate License
  • Full-time availability and a full-throttle mindset
  • Strong communication and people skills
