We’re seeking a dedicated Agency Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team of caregivers who are changing lives every day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the personal care agency
• Recruiting, Hiring, training, and supervise caregivers and office staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop care plans in collaboration with RN, clients and families
• Maintain quality assurance and client satisfaction
• Handle submitting payroll, billing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Marketing and establishing referral sources
