Overview

We are seeking a Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting in the operations of the kitchen. This includes coordinating the activities of the line cooks and overseeing food production operations to ensure that quality standards are maintained for the restaurant and banquets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and guest service standards.
  • Coordinate line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production for restaurant and banquet events.
  • Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree required.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a quality high-volume operation.
