Project Manager - Commercial Construction New Builds

Manage all phases of commercial construction new build projects from initiation to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure goals are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are achieved. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication at all times. Manage procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Resolve project-related challenges efficiently to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
