We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Mission Viejo, California. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining efficient billing processes. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Monitor daily call center activities and oversee billing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Process checks and credit card transactions while preparing detailed financial reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Reconcile cash received through lockbox transactions and complete monthly roster reconciliation tasks.

Handle daily online payment processing and ensure timely deposits of checks.

Make adjustments to payments as necessary to maintain accurate account balances.

Perform general office duties and provide support to various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for report preparation and data analysis.

Experience with check deposits, lockbox reconciliation, and payment processing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of basic financial principles and practices.
