With a footprint in multiple states and a trusted model that has delivered results for over a decade, this firm is now expanding its Missouri team due to sustained growth and a high volume of work.

Position : Associate Attorney

Location : Fully Remote (Must reside in Jackson County, MO)

Compensation : $90,000–$100,000 + Full Benefits

Bar Admission : Must be licensed in Missouri

Experience : 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for attorneys looking to practice law in a way that's both meaningful and balanced. You'll receive a full caseload, comprehensive remote work setup, and structured support—with no billables, no marketing, and no partnership pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage cases from intake through resolution

Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

Attend occasional court hearings in Jackson County

Handle matters involving debt collection, financial disputes, or tenants' rights

Track case progress using the firm's Salesforce-based case management system

Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

What You Won't Do

No billable hour requirements

No sales or business development

No chasing clients or generating fees

No long nights—traditional 9-to-6 schedule with real work-life balance

Ideal Candidate Profile

Missouri Bar license and Jackson County residency

1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Background in personal injury, consumer law, or similar fields preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Passion for helping individuals in tough situations

Not running their own firm on the side—this is a full-time commitment
