Togo Host Specialist

Calhoun's Pellissippi is looking for a To-Go Host Specialist to join their location!

Our "Smiling People Greeters." This individual has great communication skills and for all intents and purposes has never met a stranger. Our Team Member will oversee the layout of the restaurant and make sure tables are cleared and reset. They greet each Guest with a smile and a welcome, explain and direct our system of seating, and is also in charge of communicating volume levels to Management and Staff. As a To-Go Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional hospitality to guests who order food to-go. You are the first and last point of contact for these guests, ensuring their orders are accurate, timely, and handled with genuine care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Team Player with a sense of humor
• Smiles easily and often
• Must demonstrate good math and communication skills
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. frequently
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
• Works well in a group and under some stress
