Position Purpose

The Project Consultant is responsible for selling all pavement maintenance and services offered by Sunland Asphalt, generating new clients, and providing extraordinary customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform duties with Sunland's Core Values at the forefront.
• Advocate for safety and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Become an expert in Sunland Asphalt products and services.
• Recommend products and services while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Travel, meet with clients, and work in the field.
• Add value to every sale through job design, system knowledge, and customer service.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and trade associations.
• Follow up on existing customers.
• Network within the community and attend trade association meetings.
• Generate comprehensive field sheets and work orders.
• Help with job setup, planning, and execution.
• Write change orders and follow up on completion.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality control.
