This 22-bed unit operates within a trauma III hospital setting, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of medical care and support.\n\nYour Impact : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse (RN) in our team, your skills and compassion will truly make a difference in the lives of our patients. You will engage in a fulfilling mission to make communities healthier while being valued not only as an employee but as a vital member of our healthcare family.\n\nHow You Will Contribute : \n\nUtilize your expertise in patient care, employ innovative interventions, and enhance patient experiences daily. Your contributions, combined with our advanced technology, will play a significant role in improving patient health outcomes.\n\nQualifications : \n\nWe are looking for motivated applicants who possess a current state RN license. Additional requirements include : \n
  • Basic Life Support certification.\n
  • ACLS / PALS certification required within six months of hire.\n
  • A year of relevant experience is preferred.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include : \n
  • Executing care plans including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.\n
  • Accurately documenting the patient care provided.\n
  • Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families as needed.\n
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
  • Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.\n
  • Evaluating the educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored education based on age, culture, and specific conditions.\n
