Title : Desktop Support

Base pay range

$25.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Contract Details

  • 6-month contract with extensions leading to hire

Responsibilities

The candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within set budgets, timelines, and scopes. They will monitor and report project updates to stakeholders, clients, or team members.

Must Haves

  • 8+ years of Desktop Support experience
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac
  • Experience with Intune, CSSM, Teams, and Okta
  • Hands-on with networking equipment, server rooms, Office 365, and ServiceNow
  • Strong customer service skills, especially with C-Suite Executives
  • Plusses

  • ITIL Knowledge
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certifications
  • Leadership experience
  • Day-to-Day

    The role involves working closely with regional and global IT teams, providing exceptional support on infrastructure and application incidents, managing workstation compliance, and hardware / software deployment and decommissioning. The ideal candidate is eager to grow into a leadership role and passionate about IT.
