Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance managementOversee all IT operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityManage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including implementation, customization, and ongoing supportDevelop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resourcesCreate and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals and objectivesImplement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocolsEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiencyCoordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support servicesEnsure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and backup systemsProvide leadership during technology projects and system implementationsMonitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT MANAGER
5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership rolesStrong background in IT budgeting, planning, and resource managementDemonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teamsExperience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and securityRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plusStrategic thinking with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectivesStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExperience with project management methodologies and toolsTiming is everything.
