Large Multi-Billion Dollar manufacturing company located in Battle Creek area is looking for a Controls Engineer
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for controls system design, specifications, documentation, programming, troubleshooting, testing and installation for automations and manufacturing equipment.
- Responsible for all software driven controls and process controls including temperature, position, force and control.
- New program launches : Assist with planning, design, construction, installation of automation
- Key duties include, machine troubleshooting and repair, line support, upgrading machine controls, improving manufacturing throughput. Support Run at Rates.
- Plant improvement initiatives : Support Kaizen projects. Controls for and installations of Poke-Yokes.
