Tosh Farms is a rapidly expanding, family-owned crop and swine production business with over 500 employees and continuously within the next year. As part of that growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and committed individual to power wash our swine barns in Martin, TN. Now that you are ready to join us, what can you expect and what do we need from you?

In this role you should expect to

  • Be responsible for seeing that barn stalls remain clean
  • Operate the power washer for long periods of time
  • Work on your own independently while completing task
  • Cleaning out farrowing crates / feeders
  • Soaping down crates in farrowing room
  • Power washing all crates, hallways, walls, and ceilings in all assigned rooms to be washed
  • Sanitizing all crates after the completion of washing
  • Miscellaneous other duties as needed

What you'll need to succeed in this role

  • Must be able to operate both a gas and electrical power washer for long periods of time
  • Basic mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • No previous experience required

    • Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds i
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to walk, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, kneel, climb
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in dusty or wet environments
  • Ability to step over penning
  • Repetitive use of both hands
