Location : Main Campus, 43 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208

Shift : Nights (7 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM) | Every other weekend | Rotating holidays

Duration : 13 Weeks (09 / 29 / 2025 – 11 / 18 / 2025)

Job Description :

The nurse will provide comprehensive care to high-risk obstetric patients including Cesarean Sections, Inductions, and Bariatric patients.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities :

Must have Labor & Delivery and high-risk maternal care experience.

Advanced Skills Required : Cesarean Sections, Inductions, Bariatric & high-risk conditions.

Certifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

EFM National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN certification issued within the past 3 years required at submission.

Proof of class registration for AWHONN certification may be uploaded; certification required before compliance.

Epic EMR experience is mandatory.

Scrubs : Navy blue required.

Important Notes :

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in L&D or Maternal Special Care.
