Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive service assignments and coordinate travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Engage with clients to assess equipment issues and conduct troubleshooting.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and routine maintenance on specialized machinery.
  • Modify and adjust Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs when necessary.
  • Inspect and repair safety mechanisms on equipment to ensure compliance and proper functionality.
  • Provide customers with hands-on training for equipment operation, maintenance, and changeovers.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to install and commission new machinery.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate reports on service activities, expenses, and equipment performance.
  • Recommend spare parts and maintenance plans to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency.

  • Guaranteed 40-hour weekly salary, even when not assigned to a job.
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $28 to $34, based on experience and skill level.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • 5-7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably within packaging or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and working with metric measurements.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use precision tools for repairs and calibrations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience maintaining service logs and submitting timely reports.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (90-100% of the time).
